Franchise fees is an upfront charges that allow franchisee to join us, it is non refundable.
Franchiser will assist site selection, interior layout and design, hiring and training of employee, marketing and advertisement guidelines, and product and inventory management.
Brand name ( vigourzone) is itself a registered name, franchise should use tread mark or logo under fair use and ask permission before use it anywhere.
All the decisions related to gym will be taken by franchisor.
Franchise can’t use any title, subtitle, prefix or suffix or any or farm name or any credentials before or after brand name (vigourzonegym).
Franchise owner can’t write their name bigger than brand name.
You can’t run any other business or you can’t take any franchise under same farm on same place.
Franchise can’t break the any protocol, and agreement before 3 years. If it is done then they have to pay 10 times of the franchise fees.
If it done then you can’t run any gym or any fitness related business for 6 months under your farm name.
After 3 years of agreement, the franchise agreement will be renew under the mutual understanding.
All the official documents Bonds, FDD, FRANCHISE AGREEMENT, Design approval agreement etc should be read carefully.
Franchise fees is 2 lakh to 10 lakh according area.
Franchise fees is non refundable.
It should be paid before the work start.
Royalty fees should be paid 10% of gross income (total income of the vigourzone gym ) first week of the every month.
